We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Salesperson to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships with commercial accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales—preferably in roofing or construction—and can deliver results quickly.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Salesperson to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships with commercial accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales—preferably in roofing or construction—and can deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell commercial roofing repairs, restorations, systems, and maintenance services.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing commercial accounts.
- Develop and manage daily sales schedules from qualified leads and prospecting efforts.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare accurate proposals tailored to client needs.
- Identify customer requirements, create effective sales strategies, and close deals to achieve objectives.
- Manage accounts to ensure satisfaction and participate in pre-job meetings.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B outside sales experience in construction.
- Experience engaging with corporate decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Roofing sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction services and administrative functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must comply with OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
- Must pass mandatory and random drug testing.
- Clean and valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
