Role Summary:
This role involves independently conducting MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety, proper image capture, and compliance with clinical standards. The selected professional will collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure precise imaging and high-quality service delivery.
Primary Functions:
Conduct magnetic resonance imaging using approved techniques and procedures
Prepare and position patients accurately for scanning sessions
Monitor imaging equipment and perform basic maintenance and calibration
Educate patients on the scanning process and address their questions or concerns
Assist radiologists in achieving optimal imaging outcomes
Maintain records and ensure correct labeling and documentation of images
Comply with infection control, HIPAA, and workplace safety protocols
Engage in continuous professional development and modality-specific learning

Job Requirement
Ideal Background:
Certified through ARRT in MRI (or equivalent recognized credential)
2+ years of hands-on MRI experience preferred
Working knowledge of MRI operational safety standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with patients
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team setting
Current BLS certification required
