Personal Assistant to High-Profile Venture Capitalist
Location: Manhattan
Compensation: Up to 130- $150K, Base plus bonus
Schedule: High-demand, flexible, some after-hours & weekend availability
Overview:
A highly successful venture capitalist is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to help manage his personal and professional life. This role will bridge the gap between his Executive Assistant and household logistics, ensuring seamless coordination across travel, scheduling, and personal affairs.
The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that requires discretion, flexibility, and exceptional organizational skills. The position is based primarily in Manhattan
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Personal & Family Organization
• Act as a right-hand person, bringing structure to a fast-moving, high-energy environment
• Ensure deadlines are met and proactively manage personal to-do lists
• Oversee household logistics, sourcing and managing household staff (nannies, tutors, tech support, etc.)
• Assist in finding housing and managing relocation logistics (if needed)
✅ Travel & Logistics Management
• Plan and coordinate personal and family travel, including passports, itineraries, and packing lists
• Work closely with travel agents, drivers, and security teams to ensure smooth trips
• Potentially assist with short-term relocations (London, Europe, etc.)
• Manage car collection logistics and maintenance scheduling
✅ Office & Technology Coordination
• Support day-to-day office operations (home and professional office)
• Ensure printers, IT, and office supplies are stocked and running smoothly
• Handle various ad-hoc projects, ensuring seamless personal and professional operations

Job Requirement
• 2+ years of experience in a personal assistant, chief of staff, or high-level administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills—must keep track of multiple moving pieces
• Experience working with HNW families, executives, or entrepreneurs preferred
• Travel coordination experience required—passports, itineraries, visas, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed
• Comfortable working in both personal and professional environments
• Discretion and confidentiality are a must
