Litigation Attorney (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (Hybrid)
We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to join our expanding team in either our Los Angeles or Orange County office. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong practice in a growing legal niche representing homeowners associations (HOAs) and community associations. Prior experience in HOA law is a plus, but not required—we are open to candidates eager to learn and grow in this specialty.
What You'll Do
Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion work, mediation, and trial prep
Represent HOA clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions
Advise HOA boards and property managers on legal issues and litigation strategy
Draft legal correspondence, opinions, and court filings
Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members to deliver efficient legal services
Qualifications
JD and active CA State Bar license in good standing
3–5 years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Client-oriented, team-focused, and adaptable
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000, DOE
Hybrid schedule available:
Los Angeles: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (commute-based flexibility)
Orange County: 1–2 in-office days per week

Job Requirement
