Location: Fort Myers, FLSchedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $30.25 – $48.22 per hour (based on experience)
Incentives: $7,000 sign-on bonus + $1,800/month housing stipend for 3 months (for eligible candidates)
Working Arrangement: On-site

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU), specializing in Trauma, Neuro, Cardiac, and Cardiothoracic patient populations. The PCU provides high-acuity care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, high-quality nursing care to trauma, neuro, cardiac, and cardiothoracic PCU patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and intervene appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families throughout hospitalization and recovery.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with safety and infection prevention standards.
Job Requirement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current, active RN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in Med/Surg or PCU.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-acuity care environment.
