Job Description
This is a remote position, but you must be within driving distance of Orange, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are clear and achievable.
- Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and reports that track progress, performance, and key metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Work closely with technical and construction project teams to support software implementation, configuration, and adoption—particularly within Kahua, Procore, Unifier Textura or similar construction technology platforms.
- Support communication across departments to enhance collaboration and transparency.
- Monitor and report on project health, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Preferred Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a related Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Experience with construction technology software such as Kahua, Procore, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate technology projects.
- Working knowledge of integration between construction management systems and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
