Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in project management and familiarity with construction technology and software (preferably Kahua). The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes, drive team performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience in data-driven project tracking and reporting using Power BI.
This is a remote position, but you must be within driving distance of Orange, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are clear and achievable.
Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and reports that track progress, performance, and key metrics.
Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices.
Work closely with technical and construction project teams to support software implementation, configuration, and adoption—particularly within Kahua, Procore, Unifier Textura or similar construction technology platforms.
Support communication across departments to enhance collaboration and transparency.
Monitor and report on project health, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a related Agile role.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
Experience with construction technology software such as Kahua, Procore, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate technology projects.
Working knowledge of integration between construction management systems and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
