Senior Litigations Attorney

Senior Litigation Attorney (5–7 Years Experience)

Location: Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (Hybrid)

Our firm is actively seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join our growing litigation group in either our Los Angeles or Orange County office. You’ll play a lead role in representing homeowners associations (HOAs) across a range of litigation matters. This position is ideal for attorneys who thrive in high-responsibility roles and are excited to deepen their expertise in HOA and community association law.

What You'll Do

Lead litigation cases from inception through resolution

Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

Develop litigation strategies and counsel HOA boards and property managers on risk and resolution

Draft and review complex legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

Mentor junior associates and collaborate with peers on legal strategy

Qualifications

JD and active CA State Bar license in good standing

5–7 years of civil litigation experience; HOA, real estate, or construction law a plus

Exceptional litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Strategic thinker with strong client service and communication abilities

Ability to lead litigation efforts independently and in collaboration with teams

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $180,000 – $225,000, DOE

Flexible hybrid schedule:

Los Angeles: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Orange County: 1–2 in-office days per week
