Full Stack Developer – Gaming Industry | Austin, TX (Hybrid)

$130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Search Group Solutions has teamed up with a cutting-edge IT consulting firm that supports some of the most exciting brands in the gaming space. As they continue to expand their U.S. presence, they’re actively hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong Java and React experience to help support a high-impact gaming platform.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for Texas-based candidates willing to be onsite 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and performant web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js

• Build and maintain RESTful microservices in a distributed architecture

• Integrate APIs and front-end components using React + Redux

• Leverage AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, etc.) for cloud deployment and infrastructure

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams

• Stay current on best practices and evolving tech trends (including AI/ML)

Job Requirement

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture

• Advanced knowledge of React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript

• Experience with AWS cloud services

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Bonus: Experience with AI-based services (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, AWS AI)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base (DOE)

• Bonus: Structure is being finalized

• Benefits: 100% paid medical coverage for the employee (family coverage TBD)

• Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Austin; open to candidates based anywhere in Texas
