Salary: $130,000 + Annual Bonus | Company Truck Provided

Key Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of on-site construction operations from start to closeout
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and laborers with clear leadership and accountability
- Interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules to maintain project timelines and compliance
- Lead daily jobsite coordination meetings and provide weekly progress updates
- Monitor safety, quality, and workmanship standards consistently
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- 8+ years of construction experience, including field leadership roles
- Strong carpentry background and hands-on experience hanging doors
- Proven track record in multifamily and/or school construction
- Familiarity with prevailing wage requirements and public-sector project contracts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Base Salary: $130,000
- Annual Bonus

- Full-Time, 40+ Hours/Week
