Tax Associate or Of Counsel — Memphis

Position: Tax Associate or Of Counsel
Location: Memphis, TN Overview:
We are hiring a tax attorney to advise on federal, state, and local tax issues. This role may be filled at the associate or of counsel level, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tax planning for corporate, partnership, and individual clients.
Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
Represent clients in tax controversies and audits.
Draft opinions, memos, and other tax analyses.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school.
Licensed in Tennessee (or eligible).
3–10 years of tax law experience.
Strong technical knowledge of tax statutes and regulations.
